Booking a trip/ holiday with Classic Outdoors requires some terms and conditions that are to be followed by both the parties involved. We would humbly request you to kindly read the below given information before continuing with the booking process.

The term "Trip" might be any sorts of itinerary or package related to Tours, Trekking, Climbing, Expeditions or any other product that you are willing to purchase with us. We are generally an adventure based company and it requires some flexibility. The day to day itinerary mentioned in our packages is a guideline only. We cannot be hold responsible for any sorts of delays caused by International or domestic flights, strikes, Government regulations, weather or natural casualties etc. In such cases, Classic Outdoors shall be responsible for providing suitable alternatives which could be decided upon mutual agreement. However, if an agreement cannot be made, we shall be only responsible for the refund after deducting expenses already incurred.
The booking of any trip is confirmed once you receive a confirmation invoice or a confirmation email from Classic Outdoors. The company reserves rights to increase or decrease the given brochure price or any legal contract that comes into force after the booking. You should be making a deposit of 20% of the total trip cost for the packages mentioned in the website along with a booking form as a confirmation from your side. If you are travelling in a group or with a partner, one of you can fill up the booking form while all the members should be aware of the company policy. For the customized itinerary/ packages higher deposit percent or a full payment of the trip would be required which will be advised at the time of booking depending upon the trip. The full payment of the trip cost should be made 2 months prior to the trip date.

Alternatively, you can also make the payment by credit card; however, there shall be 4% surcharge (of Total payable amount) as Bank charge for any Credit/Debit card transactions. Our bank accepts only visa and master cards. It is mandatory that you scan both front and the backside of your card along with a Copy of passport of the cardholder.
Cancellation made by Client:
Any cancellation made by the Client must be made in writing and acknowledged by Classic Outdoors. The advance deposit made at the time of trip booking is non-refundable. However, if the client is willing to postpone the trip the deposit made with us can be made valid for up to six months.
Clients are strongly advised to include coverage for trip cancellation while purchasing insurance. A letter of cancellation would be arranged upon request for the claiming purposes to the insurance company.
In case of an early ending of the trip by the client, the company shall not be liable for any refund of the days and services not utilized. The extra expenses arising out of the circumstances (hotel or any other extra costs) should be borne by the clients themselves.
Cancellation made by Classic Outdoors:
Classic Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the trip during some unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure), such as a major natural disaster, major political unrest or war, government intervention, weather conditions etc. If we cancel the tour we will promptly refund the trip cost. However, classic outdoors will not be liable any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
If you do not show up at the meeting point specified on the agreed date, we will assume you have been delayed and will wait for you to contact us with your new expected arrival date. If you do not contact us within 48 hours we will assume you have cancelled the tour. There is no refund of any money paid.
Classic Outdoors Tours must be notified in writing at the time of booking of any medical conditions; physically or mentally challenged, which may prevent you from traveling. Failure to notify of such conditions may result in the loss of payment/ deposit, even up to 100% of total trip cost. If there is any sort of dietary requirements and special services need to be prepared, kindly mention about it during the time of booking.
The given trip cost does not include personal travel insurance. It is a fundamental condition that you acknowledge that this is an adventure tour which requires some flexibility. The day to day itinerary is taken as a guideline only. We advise to take a “Trip cancellation and medical insurance policy” before you arrive in Nepal, to protect against any unforeseen circumstances. In case of high altitude trekkers’, your insurance policy should cover helicopter rescue, or surface evacuation. Adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability. Classic Outdoors also recommends insurance should cover trip cancellation, restrictions and loss of luggage and personal effects. This should include adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses, cancellation, helicopter evacuation and emergency repatriation. A copy of your insurance policy covering the above requirements should be submitted before booking your trip. You are also required to show this policy to the tour leader before starting of your trip. The contact details of the insurance company and the policy details need to be ensured by you .This will helps us to contact your insurance company in case of any such emergencies.
The given itinerary is a baseline of the trip. In some cases due to the diverse weather condition, there might be delays in the domestic flights. In such case, Classic Outdoors will incur departing city accommodation (Guest House) and food (Lunch & Breakfast) costs prior to your trip. However, if the return flights are delayed then, the client would be responsible for all additional cost incurred, including food and accommodation costs. If you wish to make an alternative arrangements such as Helicopter flight to avoid flight delays, then client’s themselves. Would be liable for all the additional costs incurred. Classic Outdoors will not be liable for any extra cost incurred as a result of missed or delayed international flight, but would always look forward to assist in making alternative arrangements whenever possible. If the booking amendment request is received by Classic Outdoors before 21 days prior to your original trip departure, we shall make the necessary amendment with a charge of USD $100 per person. In case you wish to make amendments within 21 days of the trip initiation, the cost of amendment may be higher depending upon arrangements with third parties; Hotels, Guest Houses, ground operators or airlines. *Please note that Classic Outdoors Tour will not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances; Govt. Restriction, natural calamities, political unrest, cancellation of flight, sickness or accident etc.
